PLUD (Poblacion Land & Urban Development)

The primary objective of this master-planning devt. plan is to facilitate a zoning reclassification for the properties along Don Pedro and Alfonso streets. The goal is to transition these assets from their current Low-Density Residential (R-2) status to a Commercial(C-1A) classification. This shift is critical not only for future development but also to secure the locational and occupancy permits required for current PLUD Corp. tenants to obtain their formal business licenses.
