Designed as the client’s retirement residence, this home sits on a 530 sqm sloped lot in Ayala Westgrove Heights, Cavite. The project envisions a sustainable, two-storey home designed for aging-in-place, work, and large gatherings. The design navigates the site's East-West slope by zoning the lower ground for a 4–6 car garage and staff amenities, connected to the main living level by terraced landscaping.
