The Project calls for a design of a commercial complex with select retail locations, which will cover a one hectare site in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan. .
The site is located along Quirino Highway at the corner of Bocaue Road, a major intersection of the busy and fast growing city.
The site is blessed with a potentially exciting landscape with many mature trees scattered, creating a scenic experience for all who pass this busy district.






The design strategy will offer much of the vegetation and landscape to be a major part and integral to the design. The program proposal included a 2- storey shopping infrastructure with adequate basement parking. Retail will be scattered in clusters incorporating the green open spaces. An elevated walk-way is proposed for circulation offering views of the green spaces and greenery.




The program will cater the people from all walks of life looking for a unique commercial experience integrating a more open and “park-like” sustainable feel. Conceptual Landscaping and Sustainable building strategies will be applied throughout the development to promote green architecture through educational strategies integrated into the design.
