The project involves renovation of an existing office located on the 2nd Floor of an office Building in Legazpi Village, Makati city. The estimated floor area for the renovation is about 460.00sqm, which comprises of an existing office and an additional office Space.
The facility serves as the place for business operations and administrative work of the company. It includes reception area, workstations, director’s office, conference room, and other services for business-related activities. Since the renovation will include relocation and improvement of existing spaces, the main objective of the design is to produce a cost-efficient space that is conducive for business and commerce with the use of low maintenance materials. The design should also be flexible enough for future developments.
The facility shall include design considerations for the main stairs and elevator lobby in relation to its overall circulation and organization of spaces. High design is also considered which will lead to a motivating, happy atmosphere, and efficiency of work. Phasing of work was also utilized so as not to impede ongoing business operations.
